      1. Johnny: There is a UCI Hackathon. http://www.hackuci.com/ This is after school, the 21-25 of May.

        6. Event Coordinator: I sent an email to Robin requesting the lab for c++ workshop. I am waiting for a response.

        1. Sailing Game: I’ve been working on a project for my dad, so I need to finish that first.

      2. C++ Workshop April 11th, 2-4pm, ECS 403
        1. Johnny: I discussed it with Shane after the meeting and there was interest. We might split it up into two groups, beginners and more advanced.
        2. Gaskins: STL (Standard Template Library)
        3. Diana: We can post fliers, make an AESB event, post an event on Facebook.
        4. Johnny: Since it is a month in advance, we should get a bigger turnout.
      3. Git
        1. Johnny: We need to talk to EAT and Sig-Web and finalize a day. It will be after the c++ workshop, so end of April.

        1. Gaskins: We do whatever we want to do.
        2. Johnny: Do we want to get together and do it?
        3. Martel: My dad is a little busy at the moment, we just bought the leftovers of an arcade.
      5. Hangout nights
        1. Johnny: What do we want to do for this hangout night?
        2. Gomez: We will probably watch movies, but I will bring my Xbox.
        3. Martel: I can bring my Xbox if you guys want it.
        4. Johnny: Who will be there?

        5. Johnny: Last time we got pizza. We can do that again, or go get something.
      6. Officer meetings
        1. Johnny: I have looked into the script editor, and they have functionality for parsing on click. You can convert shorthand with a click. This is for making our business meeting more streamlined.
      7. Open Officer Positions
        1. Johnny: Adil said he wanted to be an officer.
        2. Adil: I’m not sure what to do. Maybe historian.
        3. Johnny: Historian manages pictures and documents. Office tech is an easy position. David needs a webmaster. AESB rep is more engaging, but you have to go to the meeting every week.
        4. Adil: Sounds good. I’m looking for more of a leadership position so I can be an RA.
        5. Johnny: Every club is supposed to have an AESB rep. It is Fridays at 1pm, and it usually lasts two hours.
        6. Adil: What other positions?
        7. Diana: Publicity, Fundraising
        8. Johnny: You can go to this weeks AESB meeting with me.
      8. Codejams
        1. Johnny: Tomorrow at 2pm, ECS 306. I will be there.
        2. Shane: I will be there to.
        3. Johnny: A code jam is a time set aside to be productive, usually coding.
      9. Programming Team Support
        1. Johnny: There was a complication last week, but Beach Judge will be deployed this week.
        2. Martel: I will try my best to crash it.
      10. Spring Allocations
        1. Johnny: We aren’t doing any programs, just ICPC.
        2. Gomez: I need to email Matt so I can arrange a meeting with him.
      11. Ludum Dare
        1. Johnny: There is a miniature one next weekend, the 22nd. If anyone is interested, it is a practice event. The theme is to recreate a modern game with old technology.
        2. Shane: Will we all be doing the same thing?
        3. Johnny: You can do whatever you want, but this is a practice for the next Ludum Dare.
