      1. Gaskins: There is an internship opportunity this Wednesday at noon in ECS 312. It is an HR person looking for interns. Aerospace Corp is putting it on.
      2. Gaskins: There will be a potential faculty speaker in ECS 308 this Wednesday at 3pm. The school is looking for feedback about hiring this person. The presentation will be about requirements engineering and it should be a good lecture.

        1. Sailing Game:
          1. Martel: I haven’t had much time to work on it. It is still crashing. I will work on the project tomorrow at the code jam.
    6. Old Business
      1. Workshops
        1. Martel: The Linux workshop went well. There were five people there. They all seemed interested and I continued talking to them about Linux after the workshop.
        2. Johnny: We should be preparing for the git workshop so we can get outreach for it. We should talk to Sig-Web and EAT by next meeting and decide on a date.
      2. Sign
        1. Gaskins: I talked to SHPE, and they said that ASI said to put it up on your own. Basically, keep in manageable and you should be fine. Some use chains to keep up their sign.
      3. Hangout nights
        1. Martel: We saw a movie last Friday and got ice cream. It went pretty well.
        2. Johnny: We should try to get one new person to come to each hangout night. What should we do this time?
        3. Martel: Xbox?
        4. Gomez: I can bring it.
      4. Officer meetings
        1. Johnny: We didn’t look into new plugins, but we can look into it tomorrow at the codejam.
        2. Martel: Getting plugins is not a high priority.
      5. Open Officer Positions
        1. Johnny: We got some people saying there were interested in being an active member. At next meeting we can gauge their interest.
      6. Codejams
        1. Johnny: We are starting them tomorrow at 2 in ECS 306. I will be there.
        2. Gomez: I will try to be there.
        3. Martel: I will be there.
        4. Johnny: We will see how it goes. If it goes well, we will continue doing it.
      7. Programming Team Support
        1. Johnny: We are deploying the new beach judge this week.
        2. Spring Allocations
        3. Gomez: The deadline for programs is March 11. Conference is the end of March. I will still talk to Matt before that.
        4. Martel: Would they help us get Photoshop? The full version of CS6 is $700.
        5. Johnny: Gomez, do we need any money for events?
        6. Gomez: The events we do are low cost already.
    7. New Business
      1. Ludum Dare
        1. Johnny: I mentioned Ludum Dare at the meeting and some people expressed interest at the meeting.
        2. Martel: I want to do it, and we can possibly meet at my house.
        3. Gaskins: I am interested, but I don’t know if I can do it.
        4. Johnny: I cannot make it, but I can give you guys a bunch of tips. You guys need to be familiar with the tools beforehand. I’m pretty sure Shane will do the backend and David will do the ai. They will need help with design, art. If you get Nuon interested, you may have a chance.
        5. Gomez: If you guys need help, I can do it.
        6. Johnny: Get more thoughts, and we will talk about it next meeting.
