      1. Workshops:
        1. Johnny: I can’t make it. Martel needs help with the presentation.
        2. Gaskins: I can help make, but I can’t present due to work. I can meet tomorrow 1:30ish to 3pm.
        3. Martel: I can meet at that time too.
        4. Johnny: Can anyone else help? Gomez has to go to AESB. You should ask Tyler or Jake. I don’t know if Nuon can go.
        5. Martel: I will need help advertising.
        6. Johnny: We can still make fliers. They will be black and white.

      3. Hangout nights
        1. Johnny: Are we having one?
        2. Martel: We should have one since we can steal people from the workshop.

      4. LAN Party
        1. Johnny: We had 14 or so people and 10ish stayed the whole time. They seemed to have fun.
        2. Gomez: I made it drag on with Starwhal.
        3. Johnny: We didn’t do the competition, but it wasn’t a big deal.
        4. Shane: Are we going to do a League Of Legends tournament?
        5. Johnny: Someone at the meeting said the esports club would like to do a League of Legends lan party with us.
        6. Gomez: Every Wednesday 5-8 in the USU they have a competition. This week it is who can win the most games.
        7. Johnny: We could stop hangout nights and promote this club instead.
        8. Gomez: We should do it.
      5. E-Week event participation
        1. Johnny: We barely made the opening ceremony. I did Jenga with Gomez. We showed up late for the Jeopardy, so it didn’t count. We’ve missed one E-Week event and the first AESB meeting.
      6. Officer meetings
        1. Johnny: We just discovered you can write scripts for google docs. Since we are using google docs, we can fix mistakes faster.
      7. Open Officer Positions
        1. Johnny: We have new people interested. I’ve talked to Tyler, but he was turned off by the bureaucracy. We can also talk other new people in.
      8. Codejams
        1. Shane: We should do one.
        2. Johnny: We said we were going to do them Tuesdays at 2. We can start them next week. I will bring it up at the meeting, and see if there is interest.
      9. Programming Team Support
        1. Johnny: I didn’t work on Beach Judge over the weekend. Most of the question and submission stuff is done. Once I get more work done, I will open a charter so everyone can work on it. I will have the charter next week.
      10. Spring Allocations
        1. Johnny: AESB split it into project and conference allocations. We have to go to two different processes for that. We are primarily concerned with conference for programming team.
        2. Gomez: How do we submit an application???
        3. Johnny: We have to submit an application to ASI. If they accept, we will be able to present the reason we should get the money. There is a detailed powerpoint. We have to prove that we can provide at least a third of the cost. The application has to include the reasoning behind hotels, why length. They have a repository of cheap hotels. Do we want to do a project one? Developer license, competitions, host a hackathon,... In the past we have renewed developer licenses for Android and iOS. Gomez, can you talk to Mat after you learn more about it?
