      1. ACM-UCI is holding a Women in Computing Conference
        1. Diana: This will be a good opportunity for networking.
        2. Diana: Registration is $10. The early bird deadline is the 29th of March. The event is on Sunday, April 14th.
        3. Diana: It's not exclusive to women.
      2. David: ACM-Web is having their last meeting before spring break.
        1. David: We will just have a discussion on tips and tricks on web development.
        2. David: Geo, the chair of ACM-UCI will be meeting over spring break. We want to do korean bbq. This will be held on the first Saturday of spring break (March 30th).

            1. Christopher: This has been resolved and it is something that we have to do annually.
            2. David: There is a lot of nasty paperwork to go along with this.
            3. Diana: Please add this to the wiki, so future administrations don't get screwed over by this kind of stuff.
            4. Christopher: We need to have the information on what constitutes a fiscal year, in the by-laws. This needs to be updated annually.

            1. Shane: ACM got $82 from this for the Mobile Development Competition.
        6. Event Coordinator:
          1. Diana: MAES is holding a spring break kickoff on Thursday, 28th March, 6:30 pm to 10 pm in Bolsa Chica state beach.
