      1. Officer Reports
        1. President:
          1. David: I met with UCI and Fullerton. We are bringing together the ACM chapters in Southern California and we're creating the ACM Southern California Confederacy.
          2. David: This will take a lot of my time and I am incharge of contacting all of the csu's.
          3. David: The communication's director will be busy with the E-Week. I will be asking for you guys to carry some of the things that I am doing.

            1. David: I am sick, but I am for class.
        3. Treasurer:
          1. Christopher: We are good with the money. ACM-LAN is coming up and Windows 8 Fest is coming soon as well.
          2. Ian: Can we allocate funds for pizza at the next Programming Team meeeting?
            1. David: We can only spend up to $20 in pizza. We will preallocate this and reimburse this next meeting.

          1. David: There will be another E-Week meeting next week.

            1. David: E-Week is a national holiday week, where everyone celebrates engineering.

          1. Shane: The books have been removed from the office.
          2. Shane: Are we going to get more books from Steve Gold?
            1. David: I will talk with Anthony so we can have some book procedure.
            2. David: We made a lot of free money on the book sale. We will continue doing book sales and we must document the process in the wiki.
            3. David: After we are done, we will be able to dispose of them in the dumpsters.

        1. Programming Team
          1. Meetings on Thursdays at 8:00 p.m. in ECS 416.
          2. Johnny is the head of programming team.

          1. David: I have been working on it, but I will tell you next week if I want to put it on hiatus.
      3. Committee Reports
        1. Windows 8
          1. David: I have talked with the Microsoft representative, and we will have to do a lot of work to get this done. We will have to get together 150 people before this event.
          2. David: Right now, windows 8 doesn't have a very good image right now. We should wait until next semester to do this.
        2. LAN Party
          1. David: Every year we have a LAN party, where we just play some video games and blow off some steam.
            1. David: Bring your own computer.
            2. David: We have Minecraft.
          2. David: I have reserved the rooms. ECS 306 5-10 p.m. on the Thursday of E-Week.
          3. David: I asked Frank for things to do for this. I will share this list with the officers on google docs.

          1. David: I have found prices for locks. They are about $30 for the cord locks. I can buy them, but I need to know which to lock down.
          2. Ian: We need to lock down the iMac and the xbox.
          3. Christopher: We need to bolt the tiny cash box.

      1. David: Next meeting, expect a lot of new members stopping by.
      2. David: There are a few things that she wants to be done. She wants some small website projects done and some freshman are willing to do this. We will help them with this process.
      3. David: I have had people approach me, looking for developers.
        1. David: One has come up to me looking for someone to do the innovation challenge. There is a large cash prize.
