      2. James: We're going to need all hands on deck for the Windows 8 fest. If people here are willing to help out, this could end up to be a very nice fundraiser. We are willing tp split profits with you guys.
        1. Ariana: ACM-W is willing to help.
        2. James: Excellent.
        3. Ian: What are we doing exactly?
        4. (Eric Paxton enters)
        5. Eric: Hi, my name is Eric and I am in charge of Windows 8 fest. What we really need right no is people to help out. Like people to help out with tickets, pass out discs at the end. James has a list of things we need help with.
        6. Nathan: A bunch of stuff, let me go over it:
          1. The event will be April 30th, from 4:30 PM to when ever the guest speaker wants to stop talking. We think about an hour.
          2. Eric: What we want is alot of people doing a little bit. We can only sell students that are involved in math and science. What we need help with also is people to pass around flyers and getting the word out.
            1. Alex Chavez: Does that mean we're going to have Sam Stokes again?
            2. Nathan: That is a last resort.
            3. Eric: Just because someone has a ticket, that does not mean they have to come.
            4. Ariana: Does that mean someone can come by and get the discs on the other's behalf?
              1. Eric: Yes. You will be getting legitimate keys for Windows 7 and a Windows 8 consumer preview on discs.
            5. Eric: I'm expecting to sell the tickets for about 15 USD each. I would be very gracious if anyone can help out. We need to sell about 220-230 tickets.
              1. Ariana: Can we decide what we want to help with?
                1. Eric: We're not going to force you to do anything you don't want to.
              2. Nathan: I'm going to be burning lots of discs on the 21st and I want help with packaging and labeling.
                1. Can't do it during the weekday because the labs are in use.
            6. Eric: This is a great way to learn how to organize and manage an event.
            7. Nathan: You guys need to contact Bob about the key lists.
              1. Eric: He has about 400.
            8. Nathan: When do we need the flyers?
