        1. Sal: I am AESB Webmaster. EAT is doing EPIC robot battles. There's going to be cool stuff, QR scavenger hunts, SWE's talent show. It's going to be through Feb. 20-24.

        3. Sal: There's an open spot, we'll talk about it after the meeting.
      7. Contact Liaison:
        1. Sal: The contact liaison is the person that talks to people outside of campus.
      8. Event Coordinator:
        1. Sal: What the event coordinator does is host events and gathers resources for it.
      9. Publicity & Recruitment Chair:
        1. Sal: That's me!  Tuesday, we're going to have a bench around the VEC, where we go and recruit new members for ACM. The next table event will be on the 14th.
      10. Market Manager:
        1. James: I understand the snack store is dwindling, water is on its way, how has the Capri-Sun been doing?
        2. Ariana: The Sunny-D's are going to expire soon.
        3. James: Okay, we'll trade you for some fresher ones. I want to bring to you guys the EAT robot competition, I need a number about how much ACM wants to commit.
          1. Sal: There's an executive fund, but we need specifics.
          2. James: The vehicles we're going to buy will cost ~60 USD each. How many of you guys want to participate in the competition?
            1. James Hall: What does it entail?
            2. Sal: Shenanigans.
            3. James: Lawful Shenanigans.
            4. Sal: Does no one want to make a machine of destruction?
            5. James: Come on!
            6. Andrew: When is it?
            7. James: February 20th, Wednesday.
            8. James Hall: Will we be doing this again?
            9. Sal: If you want to enter on the behalf of ACM, you will become an officer.

              1. James: president@eatsoceity.org The cutoff date for commitments is next Friday. We have until the 10th for everyone to commit, then I will order as fast a possible.

            11. James: Can you guys put 100 USD towards the contest?

          1. Sal: We want to grab a list of everybody that we know that graduated. Alumni are useful. If you have the emails of anybody that graduated recently, send them to membership@csulb.acm.org.

        1. Sal: Lynn, here are some things to do. Talk to David about it.
            1. Projects listing needs to be updated

            2. Sal: The office tech just clean and organizes the office.
        3. Historian:
          1. Sal: If you want to get involved, and you're a freshman, this is a good position. Responsibilities: take pictures, go to events and take pictures.
          2. Chris: Orion would like to become a Historian.
          3. Orion: Yes.
          4. Nathan: I appoint Orion as Historian. - [Karan/James] - Passed
            1. Karan: We need new people.

            3. Ariana: Will you be able to attend the meetings?

        4. Librarian:
          1. Sal: The librarian chills in the office and keeps track of the books. We like to keep a record of common books, like the Calculus book.

      1. Augmented Ebay Project:
        1. Karan: We finished the free version. Our application helps ebay sellers put HTML listings into the website. It's mobile.
          1. Sal: Awesome. Demo next time? Keep it under 5 min.
            1. Karan: Cool
            2. Sal: If he wins, he wins 10K+ USD.
      1. Boeing Project:
        1. Sal: Andrew? Andrew?

        1. Sal: This is a reverse RTS, where you help everything instead of destroying everything.
        2. James: Like SimCity?
        3. Sal: Yes.
      4. Crimes Against Humanity:
        1. Sal: The antithesis of Grand Theft Auto. It's being led be Donald Herman.
      5. Chess Engine Project:
        1. Sal: This is lead by an alumni, that want to make an A.I for chess.
      6. Women in Computing Startup:
        1. Ariana: There is a national sub-organization of ACM, that wants to get more women into computing called ACM-W. What we have done recently is a workshop with ALICE, that gets the girls to see what programming is like. We're struggling to keep people interested. David has been busy recruiting.
        2. Karan: Is this a company?
        3. Sal: No.
      7. Links For Good:
        1. Ariana: Since Sal wanted to have us help recruit, we have not been able to work on it.
