    1. Faculty Advisor Report--Might need to find a replacement because Donna will be retiring next semester. 
    2. Officer Reports:
      1. President: Going to get presentation slides from all project managers. Going to talk to Steve Gold in regards to fundings for the programming team.   
      2. VP: eWeek: Filled in for the president for the AESB meeting.  Going to get the presentation ready for the enginering project demo.  Working on TEAR as manager. 
      3. Secretary: 
      4. Treasurer: Open to any suggestion to bring in more money for ACM. 
      5. AESB Rep: Key issue: Forcing their policy by rolling fines.  Talk to your advisor.  Vote to reimburst anyone who has to pay for the key issue. 
      6. Event: Moving forward with the Nugget.  Tonight we are going to the Nugget and do a walkthrough.  We need eyes at the game event.  
      7.   Fundraising Chair: Planning three fundraisers: One in March with Ave Three. 
      8. Membership: Nine new members. 
      9. Tech: eWeek is going on just fine.  Thinking about the server.
      10. Public: Need help with tables. Motion to be reimbursted for the tape ($3.69 + tax (9.75%))-Passed
      11.  Vendor: Went to Cosco.  Could not find Mountain Dew (Event Coordinator: NOOOOO.....).
