   1. President: Letting VP run the meeting to prepare for next week because I will be at a comittee.
      
   2. Fundraising Chair: Monday we had our fundraiser.  Sad lost for cowboys. Booooooooo.  We have another funraiser. November 8.
   3. VP: Project Mamo and helping hands are what I am observing right now. 
      
   4. Treasurer: I got all the receipts.  Apply for two grants: iMac and programming team.
      
   5. Secretary: Helping with the VA
   6. Membership Chair: I listed some of the books on ebay.  About a dollar each.
      
   7. Office Tech: Talk to department in regards to a networking problems.   The dorms are having a Left 4 Deasd event tomorrow at the pyramind at 7:00 PM.
   8. Public Chair: Getting the fliers up on the glass case.
   9. Webmaster: Try to move the website to Dreamhost but cannot do it without the determination letter.
